Acceptance of Terms

• ej444 Right to Modify Promotions: ej444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already qualified for an active promotion will not be retroactively disadvantaged by modifications made after their qualification.

Betting and Gaming Rules

• Voided Bets: ej444 reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, bets placed on incorrect market parameters, or bets accepted due to a technical fault. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance in full.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure during a game session or live betting event, ej444 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state. If this is not possible, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud and Deception: Any attempt to defraud ej444 or other players — including through chargebacks, false identity documents, manipulated payment screenshots, or impersonation — is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the ej444 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live multiplayer games or poker-style formats, is prohibited.
• Automated Play: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the ej444 platform is strictly forbidden. All interactions must be made directly by the registered human account holder.
• Exploiting Errors: If a technical error results in manifestly incorrect odds, inflated balances, or unfair game conditions, players are obligated to report the error and refrain from exploiting it. Winnings derived from known technical errors will be voided.

Limitation of Liability

ej444 makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. ej444 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance via the platform and via email to registered players.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ej444's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Section 9

Account Suspension and Closure

ej444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A player has self-excluded and subsequently attempted to re-register or access the platform.
• The account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of 24 consecutive months.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their ej444 account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
